Khalifa University chooses Cazaradmin
January 9th 2014 – Khalifa University of Science, Technology and Research (KUSTAR), one of the region’s leading academic and research institution, has recently signed up with Cazar to implement the Sniperhire recruitment platform and build a compelling new career website.
In its chosen areas of activity, the university strives to offer the best teaching available in the region and plans to further excel in this pursuit.
Julien C. Carter, Vice President for HR at KUSTAR, states, “Our objective is to reach and attract the best candidates from across the world, so having a strong online presence and employer brand is absolutely essential. The cloud-based solution that Cazar provides enables us to more effectively achieve the level of visibility we need. The fact that Cazar has a very strong presence in the Middle East offered us a compelling value proposition.”
James Padkin, Director of Client Services at Cazar, adds, “Education is a challenging sector when it comes to recruitment and having a sound candidate marketing strategy is the only way a university can compete for top talent. We are delighted to launch this new project with one of the most well-recognised institution in the region.”
The Sniperhire platform will automate every step of the recruitment process, from the time a vacancy is created until the day an applicant is hired. Ensuring increased time and cost efficiency, the solution will also deliver an optimal candidate experience, which is essential for attracting top talent.
The project has just begun and is due to be implemented in Q1 2014.
