Founded in 2007, Khalifa University of Science, Technology and Research is the leading engineering school in the UAE. As such, it has a very selective hiring process and only looks for top-tier candidates.

In 2014, the leading engineering University was facing long hiring times and found it difficult to attract foreign talent due to a lack of online presence and brand awareness. It chose to work with Cazar to implement the Sniperhire recruitment platform and design a career website that could be used to drive potential candidates online.
